Enterprise Collaboration Consultant – SharePoint - London Dachis Group

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint professional to join our team of SharePoint experts who will help deliver Social Business Design services to clients.

The perfect candidates will come from an IT consultancy, management consultancy or systems integrator background, be high-energy and intellectually curious, and have a strong interest in social business. You will need superior communications skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

You will be a SharePoint expert working within project teams that consult with clients on strategy, process, culture, and technology. Our multidisciplinary environment also offers opportunities to broaden your experience across other enterprise collaboration platforms.

Requirements:
3 to 5 years (or more) of experience working with SharePoint in a client-facing IT consulting capacity.
Expert understanding of SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010
Ability to facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment
Ability to manage and deliver against client expectations
Ability to work independently, as well as in teams
Keen interest in social business, social media, emerging technologies, innovation
Excellent communication and writing skills - English
Willingness to travel world-wide for client projects

Great to have:
Experience writing proposals, creating and participating in pitches
Experience delivering strategy briefs and executive workshops
Managing multi-disciplinary teams (consultants, designers, developers)
Knowledge of SharePoint integrations with Newsgator, Yammer, Jive
Knowledge of other Social Business platforms like Jive SBS, Atlassian Confluence, MindTouch
