Enterprise IT Regional Field Sales Managers Autotask

Enterprise IT Regional Field Sales Managers (RFSM) are responsible for prospecting and identifying new account opportunities within Enterprise/Internal IT departments for IT Service Management solutions. RFSM?s are expected to be able to deliver effective presentations, and demonstrations, to help manage and further their relationship with a prospect from lead inception to close. RFSM?s should have the capability of working with all levels within a prospects? company; with a focus on C Level Executives. They are expected to work with Partners to collaborate and enhance the opportunity for a sale.
Proactively sell the Autotask IT Service Management Solution to Enterprise companies that require a system to manage their Internal IT services in support of their departments, locations and policies.
Aggressively Prospect and cold call to identify new account opportunities to build a robust pipeline
Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations, and manage the customer relationship from lead inception to deal close via face to face, telesales and internet based tools
Contact C Level Executives within internal IT departments and bring in resources as needed to close the opportunity.
Prospects company size will be from 100 to 5,000 employees
Deliver accurate sales forecast and reports
Be responsible for achieving monthly sales objectives/quotas
Extensive travel within territory plus required regional and national trade shows
Resources include involving existing Autotask customers and Resellers who will actively engage their Internal IT customers. RSM will also help develop additional Autotask Customers as potential resellers within the local market.
Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B field software sales experience
Must demonstrate sales forecasting, selling and closing skills, and have proven track record in developing new accounts
Must be Resident in Geographic Territory (see locations), initially home based with planned movement into local office space work environment
Must have a car and be willing and able to travel to customer and meeting sites, 50-75% of the time
Must possess a consultative selling style, be a self starter, goal-oriented and high achiever.
Must have History of successful quota or sales objective attainment required
Experience with SMB & Large Internal IT Organizations, Software Providers and IT Consulting Organizations is a plus
Effective Executive-level presentation skills with the ability to uncover, or demonstrate the need to motivate senior management with urgency is a plus
Knowledge of Internet technologies and understanding of the SaaS business model is a plus
Knowledge of the Internal IT, Service Desk, Project Management, Professional Services, ERP markets is a plus
