As an integral part of Liaison Technologies Sales Team, the Lead Generation Representatives? responsibilities include inbound and outbound demand generation that results in qualifying potential customers, increasing awareness of Liaison?s products and services and maintaining information in Salesforce.com. Responsibilities
Strategically research identified target accounts and Fortune 1000 Companies in territory to identify business objectives, key VP and C-level contacts
Qualify and process leads for Enterprise Sales Team by managing inquiries from various sources including but not limited to: inbound/outbound telemarketing and prospecting on telephone inquiries, email services, referral programs and marketing campaigns
Perform outbound telemarketing and data cleansing initiatives such as calling to qualify prospects for various opportunities, nurture cold/warm leads, or verify and update contact profile
Provide customers and prospects with information regarding Liaison?s products and services
Qualify suspects and distribute leads based on territories, ensuring contacts are directed to the appropriate Enterprise Sales Executive
Approach prospects and customers by telephone and e-mail to filter, qualify and pass qualified leads to the Enterprise Sales Representatives
Make frequent outbound calls to prospects and customers in order to identify business opportunities
Build customer relationships with existing accounts to find opportunities to cross-sell other Liaison products and services
Consistently develop geographic territory and build funnel for future sales prospects
Conduct market research activities in collaboration with marketing team
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Requirements
Bachelor?s Degree required
Two or more years of B2B demand generation or inside sales experience with a high-tech, rapidly evolving company
Successful history and methodology of cold calling and creating own sales leads and work independently to achieve objectives
Experience in strategic outbound calling that results in qualifying C-level, VP and Director-level contacts within identified target accounts and Fortune 1000 Companies in geographic territory
Strong team player with exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce.com
Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams in order to accomplish team goals
Ability to analyze data and trends and communicate assessments/observations back to the team
Ability to learn, apply and develop consultative selling skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize in a fast moving environment
Energetic, self-starter with strong drive to succeed, and ability to learn new information quickly
Excellent territory management, presentation, and lead qualification skills
High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
