Enterprise Marketing Events Manager ReputationDefender
Reputation.com seeks an Enterprise Marketing Events Manager to own and drive enterprise events & trade shows. The events manager must be a self-starter, driven, organized and detail-oriented in addition to being able to evangelize the company's business reputation & social marketing product. This position will report to the Senior Director, Marketing, and work closely with the sales, product marketing, design, & PR teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive trade show and events plan to support the business reputation & social marketing product. This includes developing a deep product & customer understanding in order to effectively identify event and program opportunities.
Coordinate with product management teams to ensure show efforts support product roll-outs and campaign strategies.
Manage all aspects of events: logistics, booth and exhibiting needs, vendors, shipments, invoices, meeting room schedules, staff schedules and timelines.
Prepare pitches & schedule speaking opportunities at events
Develop pre- and post-event email campaigns to promote events.
Partner with sales to develop event follow-up workflow campaigns.
Manage budget and conduct metric and ROI analyses on program effectiveness
Create central repository and processes for offline collateral and other promotional materials, specific to industry verticals.
Run virtual events and webinars
Required skills and knowledge:
Events/trade show manager with 5+ years of experience for a B2B company
Passion for expert event planning, execution, and measurement.
Budget development and tracking
Capability to negotiate with vendors
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational planning and multi-tasking abilities. Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo or similar) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with & manage cross functional teams to reach common project goals
30% travel required
Bachelor degree required
