Our marketing team works simultaneously in various marketing, branding and lead generation channels, generating tens of thousands of inbound leads, registrations and inquiries every month. In addition to our ?holistic marketing funnel?, we are looking for an Enterprise Marketing Manager to create, grow and manage our Enterprise marketing and lead generation activities.
The Enterprise Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating demand, leads and revenues from a growing list of highly qualified enterprise prospects, as well as from existing and past users and customers. You will work closely with the Enterprise Sales teams to understand their needs and to create compelling marketing programs delivering sales growth in this segment.
A successful Enterprise Marketing Manager will be creative, entrepreneurial and analytical, with a strong marketing background, strategic planning skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing high impact marketing strategy and implementing programs to generate demand, qualified leads, and sales.
Creating an enterprise leads funnel using various marketing channels, including advertising, email campaigns, direct mail campaigns and other programs.
Constantly analyzing key performance metrics of your marketing campaigns for continuous improvement.
Working closely with the sales team to insure a growing number of highly qualified opportunities being delivered to the sales team, and then tracking the results in order to keep improving quality, quantity and follow up of the leads.

You have to interact and support a sales team of 20 reps, so people leadership skills and superior communication skills are required

5-10 years of sales and marketing experience
Able to execute end-to-end on marketing programs; including program design, launch, and analysis
Strong project management and organizational skills, including ability to work independently and as a team member
Excellent verbal communication, business writing, copywriting skills
Solid understanding of B2B demand gen programs and lead lifecycles
Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo a big plus
Undergraduate Degree in Engineering, sciences, Business or related field
MBA from a top business school program
