Job Title: Enterprise Program Manager (EPM)
The EPM is a senior role pivotal to the effective management of the Enterprise Program Directors team.
Working within the framework of the Welocalize 4 Pillars Strategy of Customer Service, Innovation, Quality and Global Teamwork, the EPM will deliver a high level of service in the area of project and client management.
Overview
The EPM will manage accounts directly and will work closely with Enterprise Program Director on account strategy, project strategy and Team management.
The EPM will be directly involved in sales cycle of new customers, managing existing projects and creating strategy for long term key clients.
The EPM will manage accounts and specifically collaborate on long-term strategy. The EPM will also take a leadership role in designing and introducing innovative tools, processes and procedures that create barriers to entry, improve margins and efficiency, increase client satisfaction and expand our business with the client.
Responsibilities
The Enterprise Program Director will drive strategy with input from the EPM, relationship at the executive level and ultimate accountability while the EPM will drive the production team. The production team assigned to the client will be accountable to the EPM on all of the client's engagements.
The Enterprise Program Director and EPM will work closely together to create an efficient production process for each account. They will also work closely to determine the correct scope for each SOW and ensure the successful delivery of our services in accordance with the scope.
Innovation
The Enterprise Program Director and the EPM will work closely together to create innovate tools processes and other support items to grow our relationship in the account, margins and barriers to entry and will also seek to expand our business in the account.
Role
The production team's customers will be the EPM and Enterprise Program Director. The production team will be held accountable to meet the needs of the EPM and Enterprise Program Director on each account.
The EPM is expected to meet all expectations associated with the PM and excel in the following areas:
Overall
? Provide account leadership working closely with Enterprise Program Director on specific implementations to achieve customer strategy.
? Delivers all output in line with the Welocalize 4 Pillars Strategy of Planning, Innovation, Quality and Global Teamwork
? Demonstrate mastery of the initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of complex and dynamic projects;
? Be capable of managing complex, multi-component, multi-dependency projects in a dynamic environment;
? The ability to follow an agreed process, to analyse situations and apply the appropriate process.
? Provide leadership and supervision of PM/SPM?s.
? Responsible for training PM/SPM?s on standard processes
? PM/SPM?s will be assigned to projects that are supervised by the EPM
Financial Management
? Expertise of financial requirements of project management and the implications of deviation from standard finance practices.
? Strong ability in setting pricing to a commercially viable margin and maintain margin targets throughout project/account lifecycle.
? Demonstrate strong ability to maximise margins on a project/account through innovation & global teamwork.
Provide guidance to clients and Enterprise Program Director on strategic pricing
? Identify cost control models for large and enterprise projects.
? Contribute to proposals and strategic sales opportunities
? Promote active use of PBUs and vendors with discounted rates/rebate agreements.
Team management
? Ability to build a team in line with project requirements
? Ability to ensure that the correct resources are in place to deliver a project successfully
? Ability to manage performance issues and, where necessary, to complete a disciplinary process
? Supervise, manage, motivate and develop a team of project managers to deliver client projects
? Responsible for training PM/SPM?s on standard processes
Project Management
? Lead and participate in creating Project Management standards
? When assigned to specific initiative, provide training and guidance on implementations
Customer Strategy
? With Enterprise Program Director, Develop annual customer goals and strategy
? Identify and articulate customer business opportunities to Enterprise Program Director
? Ability to think strategically and articulate ideas and plans with the professional maturity to participate at senior management level.
? Knowledge and awareness of business trends
? Knowledge and awareness of the competitive landscape. Possess, maintain and apply knowledge of technologies, markets, customers and competitors to support key strategies.
Qualifications
1. 5-10 years of Project Management experience in a senior capacity
2. Proven Localization Project management experience
3. Ability to manage people
4. Ability to author client documents such as SOW?s, proposals, processes and post mortems.
5. Participate in new client sales cycles including presentations, analysis, recommendations and relationship development
6. Experience in managing financial budgets, budget reconciliation and budget reporting.
