Beyond.com is currently seeking an Enterprise sales executive to sell recruitment advertising to fortune 1000 companies located in New York city. A strong candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, consistent work ethic and a desire to be a part of a strong and growing organization. Sell recruitment marketing solutions services to large, Enterprise organizations within a defined and protected geographic territory
Conduct face to face visits, along with live presentations over the phone, via webinar
Heavily prospect revenue opportunities and build a pipeline
Attainment of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity and revenue goals
Develop industry and account relationships to leverage during the sales process
We are looking for someone who:
Possesses individual work ethic, determination, ambition and drive to succeed
Has strong face to face presentation skills
Is interested in building upon their successful track record in sales
Has an out-going, dynamic personality and can build outstanding relationships
Has a ?can do? attitude and loves to be challenged
Is metrics-oriented, organized and has a need to win
5-7 + years of experience in a sales-driven, outside sales environment ? online advertising or experience in recruitment is a plus
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
Ability to quickly learn new processes
Experience with an online CRM
Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
Passion to educate and close deals quickly
