We are looking for sales professionals to sell a new line of our high growth Enterprise products to large and medium sized companies in the US.
Who Will Succeed:
Someone who has a strong desire to work for and who thrives in a fast paced start-up environment; highly motivated, ambitious, aggressive, independent and eager to sell world class Enterprise products. Note, we are not looking for ?farmers?. This is a pure ?hunter? role.
5 to 10 years of experience in the Enterprise sales space with a proven track record
Experience selling software, SaaS/Cloud and/or recurring revenue products & services
Aggressively prospect and penetrate new accounts
High aptitude to understand business value delivered via the Internet and Social Media
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions
Possess incredible drive and stamina
Desire to excel and grow within the organization
While this is an individual contributor role, the ability to work as an effective team member is vital
Identifying prospects with a need for our products. Or creating that need.
Identifying key decision makers and stakeholders and getting in front of them
Making proposals and presentations in person and via Webex
Driving and managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish
Using Salesforce.com all along the pre and post sales cycles
Collaborating effectively with senior management and other HQ functions to succeed and for customer satisfaction
Be a positive and meaningful contributor to ?the team? and to Reputation.com
