The Telerik team is growing and we are currently looking for an Enterprise Software Sales Rep to join our sales team in Waltham, MA. Being the customers' first connection to the company and a member of the sales team involves the responsibility of introducing potential customers to the company product portfolio and guiding them through their purchasing inquiries. This incorporates working closely with all internal stakeholders (software developers, product managers, and support consultants) to ensure that all customer feedback, praises, and challenges are routed and resolved in the most professional manner.
If you were working for us, here are some of the things you would have done last week as a member of our Sales team:
? Led discovery efforts with prospects to find out their needs, and tailored demonstrations to show how Telerik?s tools can help resolve these issues
? Developed targeted presentations for key stakeholders and senior executives to demonstrate the understanding of customer's revenue processes, key pain points, business objectives and how our solutions map to these requirements
? Researched competing products and produced insightful competitive information for both the marketing and development teams
? Maintained an accurate record of all sales opportunities throughout the sales process using Telerik's CRM
? Provided prospect and customer feedback to the product team
? Help move prospects through the sales process by assisting in defining and implementing prospect?s proof of concept
? You would have guided a number of customers through their purchasing inquiries which could include questions on product functionality, pricing, licensing, support, billing, and product delivery via incoming e-mail and phone inquiries.
? You would have listened carefully to customer questions, identified key challenges, and provided them with timely and to the point answers offering a positive first impression of the company and closing several sales
? Having a proactive mindset and behavior you would have introduced a few new ideas aimed at improving the way things are done today and championed their execution
You will be the person who has/is (a/an):
? College/University degree
? Ability to dynamically adjust your presentation and delivery catering to the prospects background and level of knowledge
? Passion for Technology
? Understands the importance of customer service and ?Delivering more than Expected?
? Excellent verbal, business writing, and presentation skills
? Down-to-earth, creative, and friendly personality
? Exceptional ability to learn new skills and get up to speed on our products
? Previous software sales experience
? Knowledge and understanding
