Enterprise Support Account Manager Vertafore, Inc.

The Enterprise Support Account Manager is responsible for building a strong client partnership with enterprise customers to be the central point of contact for all support issues, enhancement requests, defect resolutions, and all matters with regard to assigned customer base.Accountabilities
Works with high profile customers and manages significant and unique issues through resolution.
Works cross functionally with support analysts, sales, and product management to advocate for client needs and ensure a superior support experience.
Analyzes support case activity to identify repetitive patterns and pursue operational improvement.
Prioritizes and escalates unresolved issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conducts regular support stewardship meetings with client contacts, leadership and internal partners.
Proactively notifies clients of any activities related to their account, including: technical issues or product upgrades.
Applies project management expertise to ensure upgrades and other critical events are successful.
Responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Cultivates an understanding of how Vertafore solutions align with customers? business objectives.
Develops a thorough understanding of customers? IT environments and how they interact with the Vertafore solution stack.
Professional and Technical Competencies
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to navigate the political structure of complex organizations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated; ability to work independently or as a member of a team
Ability to work long hours which can include nights and weekends for major customer upgrades or deployments
Solution oriented, able to quickly coordinate the resources to identify the logical alternatives to issue resolution, present same to customer, and act to coordinate execution immediately
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
Education Requirements
Bachelor?s degree
Experience
Oracle CRM Experience a plus
Insurance/Financial industry experience a plus
Experience using Vertafore Product Suite a plus
Ability to travel 10%
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible for consideration, visa sponsorship not available. Candidates with at least 18 months left on your EAD may be considered.
