Responsibilities:
An Arise Virtual Solutions Client Results Manager (CRM) will have the opportunity to not only learn the fundamentals of business in a fun and dynamic company, but will learn the future of doing business?virtually.
The CRM will work with the operations of our virtual call center, and support our premier client. They will be responsible for meeting client SLA's, budgets, operations and day to day client management.
Qualifications:
Entry Level is acceptable, but we are looking for the following:
?Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
?Sales and Operational experience is a plus
?Prior Call Center Management Experience is a plus
?Minimum of Bachelor?s degree
?Experience in reporting , data and trend analysis
?Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel 2007)
?This position may require some light travel from time to time
?Must have 24/7 client engagement philosophy
