We're looking for a Quality Analyst Tester with a background in creation of test automation tools like Watir, and a good QTP background. Our ideal candidate will be experienced at making creative decisions on ways to make implementations to our site, and be familiar with techniques on user friendliness and be able to pinpoint where fixes are needed.
Qualifications:
1-2 years QA experience
Analytical and detail orientated
Good with reason and logic
Strong follow through
Solid understanding of information architecture, user behavior and habits on the web
Basic-level navigation of page layout, copy issues and traffic issues
Experienced at pinpointing site bugs, problems
Ability to provide valuable information for site improvement
Effective communication skills
Bonus Points:
Prior experience in creating test cases and test scripts
Prior experience using automated test tools
Manual testing experience
