Epitaxy Engineer - Electronic Materials EpiWorks

Description:
EpiWorks is seeking MOCVD Engineers who will be responsible for the deposition of electronic materials and related devices, including HBTs and PHEMTs. The position will include developing new processes to meet new customer specifications as well as working with the production team to improve existing processes. Experience in MOCVD, and subsequent materials characterization techniques and analysis is required. The ideal candidate also demonstrates an understanding of electronic device physics, has experience with electronic device fabrication and characterization, and is familiar with SPC techniques.

Qualifications:
Education: B.S. or M.S. degree in ECE or Materials Science
Experience/knowledge of epitaxial growth processes particularly applicable for III-V compound semiconductors and electronic devices
