eSampling Client & Channel Implementations Lead InfoMedics
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED General Position Summary:
This person is responsible for the definition, management, delivery and release of client and channel partner projects on the eSampling software platform. This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent communication and analytic skills. This person will have 360 degrees of communication, spanning clients, eSampling management, and development roles. To be successful, this person will become fluent in the Sampling business domain and develop a detailed knowledge of client and channel business workflows, interaction points and integration mechanisms.
Essential Job Functions: Client management
Manage client and channel projects as well as changes to existing client implementations (manufacturers and brands, data refreshes, form changes, and custom workflows)
Work with clients to determine scope of deliverables
Development / Delivery Management
Manage professional services development team, and coordinate with the product development team, on client-specific development needs
Create development and implementation project plans
Determine objective acceptance criteria for client projects, and able to communicate these to development, SQC, QC and OQ.
Gather estimates for new proposals or change requests from clients
Work with account management team to provide solution cost (development, hosting, maintenance)
Approve and track time spent on client projects by the team
Business and Product
Hands-on with the eSampling software to configure client-specific data
Marshal components and document release instructions
Compose release notes
Perform smoke tests in production to verify release success
Define rollback options in the event a release needs to be withdrawn

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in business related field and/or relevant work experience required.
5+ years of experience managing technical teams
5+ years of experience managing client and partner relationships
6+ years of experience as a business and / or systems analyst
Fluency with primary SQL verbs and knowledge of relational database structures
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite of Business Applications (Office, Visio, Project)
Ability to read, write, and articulate clearly. Excellent interpersonal skills and superior communication skills are essential.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Strong investigative and problem solving skills. Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, model and propose solutions to issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to learn other software programs and systems as necessary.
