Major Responsibilities
ï'§ Problem solving, troubleshooting & Customer Support
ï'§ Short term crisis management & Multiple events management
ï'§ Provide customers with technical support through problem analysis of in complex and critical networking environments
ï'§ Working in synergy with a team of specialists to solve technical and political problems
ï'§ Working with international, high-profile customers
Desired Background & Experience:
Technical Skills
ï'§ 3-5 years of Technical Support/ Integration/ Technical Account Management experience (support of international customers is a plus)
ï'§ Experience with network security products, Check Point product is an advantage
ï'§ Experience with Linux environment, SecurePlatform OS is an advantage
ï'§ Networking (TCP/IP) knowledge: routing, protocols, network analyzers, hands-on experience
ï'§ Scripting / code knowledge is an advantage
Soft Skills
ï'§ Crisis Management - Ability to handle critical issues and lead it correctly (Political & technical aspects)
ï'§ Multi tasking and ability to perform in stressful work environment
ï'§ Communication skills - Excellent English (Spoken and written); any additional language is an advantage
