Estimating - Estimator Foxfire Printing and Packaging, Inc.
Background: We are currently seeking individuals with Print industry experience to join our Estimating team. Successful candidate will support our Sales, Production, and Purchasing personnel by developing the best production plan for any given project for our highly technical, digital and offset printing and fulfillment operation. Ours is a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, so if you thrive on challenge and taking accountability for your work, this is the place for you. Description: Accountabilities will include:
?Consult with sales, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
?Analyze documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
?Utilize Monarch to generate estimates
?Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors
?Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work
?Maintain estimating standard procedures
?Perform job cost analysis
?Conduct initial price negotiations, set-up potential stocking programs, and assit with volume discounts
Responsibilities: Successful candidates will possess:
?BS in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or Printing Management ideal
?A minimum of 2-3 years Print industry experience
?Demonstrated MS Excel proficiency
?Proven problem-solving and decision making skills
?Strong math, computer, and analytical skills
?Demonstrated ability to multi-task
