ETL Developer ServiceSource

This role is responsible for ongoing analysis of ServiceSource and industry specific data, obtained from a variety of sources, including CRM, financial, and demographic data. It involves development and preparation of information products for the Selling Services and Sales organizations. It requires the ability to analyze complex data from conceptualization through presentation of the data. It requires proficiency with analytical tools, knowledge of data analysis methodology, use of presentation software, strong communication skills and a strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of data services.
Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests.
Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.
Use and support database applications and analytical tools: evaluate data quality, applications, and functions, produce output, maintain data assets
Research new data sources and analytical tools; contribute to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation.
Develop awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting SSI data assets.
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
5+ years experience in data analysis, decision support, including demonstrated proficiency with analytical software
RDBMS/DBMS - Advanced MS SQL Server experience preferred
Integration product experience with IaaS tools specifically MuleSoft and/or Boomi preferred
Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS) preferred
Microsoft Integration Services (SSIS)
Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS)
Working experience with web services, APIs, JSON, XML preferred
Strong ETL experience; extract data from different sources, transform data into a desired result and load such result into a data warehouse
Experience with MongoDB/NoSQL preferred
Comfortable using a shell/Linux environment preferred
Basic statistical skills, including sample size, confidence intervals, margin error and linear correlation/regression desirable
Data profiling experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and exercise sound business judgment
Highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed
Highly motivated ?self-starter? capable of managing large pieces of a project without direct management
Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
