Tesla Motors is looking for a Technical Trainer to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position is located at our Tilburg Mega Service Center however the role will require travel as needed and directed by management. This position focuses on the design and development of instructional material for technical training courses that support company's products across Europe. This position reports into the EU Chief Field Support Engineer.
-Act as liaison between the US, Europe, Engineering and Service- teams in determining needs of the course and appropriate method of delivery.
-Organise and conduct training sessions across Europe. Ensure that all activities comply with the company's quality standards as well as Health & Safety regulations.
-Independently develop entry and advanced level courses for both internal and external audiences.
-Teach Instructor lead training courses in automotive repair.
-Liaise with external providers for the translation of training material.
-Understanding LMS development/needs and SCORM compliance (experience in developing RFP's for potential LMS vendor a plus).
-Work on any other training specific ad-hoc projects.
-Automotive technical background with experience in the field, working on modern automobiles.
-Understanding of creating cost effective training material with limited budgets.
-Experience in Web based training development for online training courses.
-Working knowledge of Instructor lead training course development.
-Teaching and/or Technical training background.
-Experience with Project; Multimedia management tools.
-Working knowledge of Windows Outlook/Word/Visio/Excel as well as Adobe Acrobat/Publisher. Or similar technical publication Software.
