The Evaluation Programs Manager works with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Support, Order Fulfillment and other functions as needed to ensure all operational aspects of FireEye?s Evaluation Programs are met.
The Evaluation Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all the FireEye Evaluation Programs including, but not limited to, the US Fixed Asset Evaluation Program, International Evaluation Program and Partner Owned Evaluation Program. The Evaluation Programs Manager is responsible for executing and strengthening internal controls and business practices to ensure compliance and support of FireEye?s revenue and corporate objectives. The position reports to the Director of Sales Operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Oversee all aspects of the FireEye evaluation programs including policies, procedures, systems, data and reporting.
Strong understanding of our partner evaluation programs both domestically and internationally.
Work with Order Fulfillment on regulations and challenges of shipping product internationally both direct and through the channel.
Work with Manufacturing and project manage enhancements/changes to the evaluation programs? logistics and processes with the move to Flextronics.
Team with Supply Chain to forecast evaluation product demand by region and product model.
Work with Supply Chain on the refurbished evaluation process and ensure we have inventory to meet daily demand.
Gain an in depth understanding of the customer/partner evaluation process/cycle to enhance and increase effectiveness of our evaluation programs.
Monitor all POCs (proof of concepts) to ensure compliance with our policies and to increase timely return of units.
Train the sales team on FireEye?s evaluation programs including policies, procedures and reporting and address sales questions and concerns.
Maintain costs of the evaluation program within budget.
Create reporting for management including, but not limited to, win/loss rates, evaluation units by sales rep, average POC cycle, new vs. refurbished shipped appliances. Create reports for the Sales organization to help them manage their evaluations.
Ensure that evaluation transactions are processed correctly in Oracle and Salesforce. Maintain systems data quality and integrity.
Work with Manufacturing and the Channel organization to develop a program to train and enable our partners on the Refresh and Licensing procedure.
Manage the license key extension process for evaluations.
Manage overdue quotas by sales rep and region.
Ensure a smooth transition from NPI through EOL as it pertains to the evaluation programs.
Manage the order management team responsible for evaluation orders.
Work with Engineering to increase visibility and enhance reporting of evaluation appliances on FENET.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
10+ years of experience supporting a fast paced team or working within a sales team/organization
Communicate effectively, in both oral and written form, with all levels within FireEye, Inc.
Experience dealing with customer issues, challenges, complaints, and having the savvy to escalate when appropriate
Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Hands on professional, willing to roll up the sleeves to support manual, ad hoc reporting
Demonstrate analytical competence at both strategic and tactical levels of responsibility areas
Salesforce knowledge a plus
Oracle knowledge a plus
Knowledge of Export and Trade Compliance a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio
