THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and executing audience acquisition strategies across 451 Events global portfolio.
451 Events produce industry defining events that drive the agenda for the global Digital Infrastructure community that includes IT End Users, Service Providers, Vendors and Investors.

You will be required to:
? Define and take overall responsibility for the research, planning and execution of marketing plans across the company?s event portfolio targeting attendees and sponsors.
? Management of marketing budget, suppliers and partners with responsibility for return on investment.
? Lead the contact acquisition and database development strategy in conjunction with the Corporate Marketing team
? Provide detailed reporting and analysis on progress of marketing campaigns.

We are looking for high achievers who can demonstrate an impressive track record of success, over-achievement and ambition, with significant B2B or B2B/B2C marketing experience.
You will have experience using the full marketing mix, including online marketing such as email campaigns, SEO principles and social media marketing. Demonstrable conference marketing experience with knowledge of the IT sector, particularly at senior executive level is preferable.
?Minimum of four years commercial conference marketing experience preferably with management experience.
?Experience using the full marketing mix, including online marketing such as email campaigns, SEO principles and social media marketing.
?Experience of working on events in global locations and regional business cultures
?Experienced at developing and running multiple and concurrent event marketing campaigns / plans and reports.
?The negotiation of contra deals with partners: associations, publications, trade magazines etc.
?Experience in all aspects of database marketing: including online marketing, direct mailing, and database manipulation.
?Skilled in creating pre and post event analysis, taking into consideration ROI, internal and external data performance and demographic performance.
?High level if IT literacy, specifically with excellent Excel and database skills.
?Skilled in social network event marketing such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
?Excellent copy writing skills.
?Web marketing such as SEO and PPC skills
