DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with customers via telephone and email
- Clearly articulate to customers the products
- Educates customers on product offerings and services
- Clearly understand pricing structure and product's added value
- Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact.
- Places a minimum of 50 outbound calls each day
- Maintain and update database and customer records
- Continued product education to better service customer calls
- Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
