Events Administrator Zillow
The Events Administrator is responsible for supporting the Zillow Events team and a variety of external and internal live events sponsored and managed by Zillow.
The ideal candidate is an energetic and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
The role requires the ability to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at one time and provide administrative support for 80+ events per year to the Zillow Events Team.
Assist with the coordination of all event collateral preparation including printing orders and shipping and receiving of materials and tradeshow materials.
Pay close attention to detail, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency in financial
reconciliation (process invoices, assist to reconcile monthly with accounting)
Coordinating and researching Zillow internal teams transportation when applicable.
Act as the primary back-up for registration and reporting for all Zillow events as needed.
Date entry and file organization and management for all Zillow event attendee and file data including surveys and attendee data sheets.
Manage and order all Zillow attendee giveaway inventory.
Experience & Requirements
Total professional experience 1+ year Experience in administrative support
Highly detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and time management skills including the ability to
effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills (phone skills, in person, email)
A high degree of responsibility, initiative and professionalism
Proven competency in software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other technology as adopted by the team
