The Events and Social Media Specialist will join a dynamic and growing marketing and sales team at Liaison Technologies. The role is an integral part of marketing Liaison?s B2B integration and data management services to our global customer & prospect base in key industries including pharmaceutical, insurance, banking, telecommunications, distribution, manufacturing, and retail. The will be a full time contract to hire position.This role includes responsibility for events and social media. A significant focus of this role is on the creation and management of events such as webinars, internal conferences and social media, working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Utilize market information and internal subject matter experts to execute on the social media strategy
Work with internal subject matter experts to coordinate and execute webinars, in-house and third party
Coordinate traditional advertising campaigns
Manages tradeshows from beginning to end
Plan and execute annual internal sales meeting
Collaborate and execute on annual users conference
Required Experience / Skills
The requirements of this role include marketing experience in the technology industry, understanding of social media and successful management of events. Experience working with teams outside of marketing is critical as this person will be working closely with all subject matter experts as well as sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing is required
Proven track record in successfully executing and implementing high impact events
Experience with social media
Knowledge and experience of marketing solutions in one or more of the following areas: B2B/EDI Integration, Application Integration, Cloud/SaaS Applications, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Automation, Data Management, and /or Managed & Professional Services
Ability to work effectively and self directed in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
Must be detail oriented
Bachelor?s degree in technology or business is expected
