Job Duties
Essential -
? Work directly with Corporate Event Team on all corporate events
? On-site coordinator for meetings and events
? Research, analyze and prepare suggested venues for various events and meetings
based on the details of the program, number of attendees, type of event and desired
outcome
? Service Award distribution for all employees
? Responsible for organizing and implementing employee programs and events
? Develop and maintain relationships with all CHG Leaders
? Other job related duties and projects as directed by Director of Corporate Events
Requirements
Skills & Abilities:
Essential -
? Ability to handle multiple tasks at a single time while remaining detail oriented
? Understanding of company business and industry
? Ability to develop and monitor project budgets
? Strong communicational and organizational skills
? Proficient in negotiation and customer service
? Proficient in desktop applications.
Experience & Education:
Essential-
? High School diploma or equivalent experience.
? Understanding of Sales Incentive programs
? 3-5 years of Meeting management/hotel/convention service experience
Non-essential -
? Certified Meeting Professionals with College degree
