LogRhythm is seeking a strong, creative and experienced Events Manager to be a key part of LogRhythm?s marketing team. As the Events Manager, you will play a high profile, extremely critical role in driving the value of our SIEM 2.0 message to the marketplace. You will work with a fast-paced and dynamic team planning, organizing and implementing events, tradeshows (both physical and virtual) and meetings for the organization. As the Events Manager, you will have responsibility for all facets of event management, including but not limited to:
Lead all logistical planning, including pre / post show documentation and communication, booth selection, design, staffing, attendee housing, floor management, training and management of all ancillary meetings with the brand planning for LogRhythm products.
Manage activities of all relevant vendors, suppliers and external business partners, including creative agencies & premium item vendors, destination management companies, audio/visual services, association management, transportation and hotel/catering services.
Assisting with the development of booth graphics and other marketing-driven trade show deliverables
Working with other departments to plan and execute on additional corporate events ? Customer Advisory Board, Presidents Club, and customer and partner training
Source and select premium and other giveaway items for the company
Responsibilities
You will manage LogRhythm?s national event budget as well as oversee its channel and regional event budgets to ensure that events and tradeshows are appropriately selected, managed and implemented to drive high-quality leads, brand awareness and a measurable contribution to LogRhythm?s bottom line.
Support and/or execute 4 ?major? industry and 100+ tradeshow, partner & channel events in North America
Work as a part of the marketing team to develop and implement an ongoing, effective tradeshow & events calendar/schedule by identifying event opportunities for the organization
Work with various departments (LogRhythm Labs, product management, product marketing, etc.) to recruit, prepare and support thought leadership opportunities (speaking engagements) at events and conferences
Deliver events/conferences on time and within budget that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations
Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities
Responsible for budget planning and measurement for all North America tradeshow/events ? national, regional & channel. Planning events within budget, reporting status of spend before/during/after shows. Leveraging budget available to maximize tradeshow ROI.
Desired Skills & Experience
As LogRhythm Events Manager, you will be required to work independently and as a member of the marketing team.
4-7 years of related industry experience in events management in marketing departments; technology company experience preferred
Highly honed organization skills and maniacal attention to detail
Proven ability to work with a cross functional team.
Experience with marketing and sales automation systems (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) desired
Ability to travel 3-5 times/year to perform on-site management/coordinate of major, national events
Proactively seeks innovative ways to create value by establishing credible standards with limited resources
Master complexity of managing multitude of marketing directives across geography/worldwide boundaries
