EVP, NATIONAL SALES RMG Networks

The EVP, National/Channel Sales is responsible for leading RMG Enterprise Solutions National Sales team to achieve its annual sales revenue and profit targets. This leader is responsible for creating and facilitating the sales strategy for the National Sales team via direct and indirect channels.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)
Lead National Sales in achieving the financial objectives of the company through: achieving revenue growth, quota objectives, margin objectives, and align the sales organization to cost effectively achieve results
Set measureable goals and objectives for National Sales organization that are aligned to RMGs objectives by: cultivating sales force through education
Develop a sales culture that will increase sales, educate sales force on products and services, continuously develop and grow sales pipeline, development personal selling skills of the sales staff, improve close rate, create and sustain positive attitudes, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures
Work with fellow senior executives to create an atmosphere that makes RMG easier to do business with, encourages our sales force to become self-sufficient business people to represent RMGs interest in market, enables them to be more in tuned with the market and trends occurring in the market, achieve a sales ecosystem that balances direct and indirect sales operations, enables and encourages the use of and the development of sales tools that are available to benefit both the selling effort and the measurement thereof, and is collaborative and sharing
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Candidates should have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field from four-year College or University.
Demonstrates ability to lead people or get results through others.
Ability to think ahead and plan over a 1-2 year time span.
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills.
Commitment to company values.
Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning.
