REPORTS TO: Manager, Member Services
An Exclusive Ambassador provides high-quality customer service to all Exclusive Resorts Club Members. They are responsible for member satisfaction and building member rapport and club affinity. They provide guidance and assistance for all club experiences. Job functions include multi-tasking in an environment that requires talking, analyzing, problem-solving, computer navigation, and delivering product information while effectively communicating with members. All managers provide anticipatory customer service in a friendly, gracious and informative manner, while achieving company goals.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains a high standard of customer service according to company guidelines
Manages all aspects of accounts for approximately 80-100 club members
Introduces new members to the club by facilitating new member orientations
Monitors incoming reservations and available inventory on a daily basis while tracking member utilization
Secures alternative accommodations for guaranteed reservations whenever necessary
Responsible for professional member communication via phone, email, and direct mail
Maintains continual communication with members to ensure club usage and satisfaction
Works as a liaison between club members and on-site staff to define, secure, and execute arrangements for members? vacations to Exclusive Resorts residences
Clarifies all billing discrepancies from on-site charges and coordinates with accounting as necessary
Processes and communicates all annual payments and membership changes
Maintains all reference documents for assigned destinations/properties and conducts informative presentations thereof, directed toward the Member Services department
Uses positive rapport with members to increase club membership sales through referrals
Coordinates and tracks membership programs developed by Sales, Business Development, Sales and Member Appreciation teams
Maintains and protects the quality of the company?s physical assets by upholding club rules as outlined in the Club Membership Agreement, performing difficult conversations with members as needed
Ability to promote Exclusive Resorts products and benefits
Other duties may be assigned or changed at any time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor?s degree or two years related experience required
Background in customer-service, hospitality and/or travel related industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience interacting with sophisticated travelers and high-end clientele
Commitment to the service industry, combined with the desire to build lasting member relationships
Strong proficiency in computer and telephone skills
Attention to detail, organization, and efficiency, the ability to multi-task and work within an ever-changing environment
Professional demeanor while performing high-stress functions, including conflict resolution
Secondary language skills a plus
