Plateau is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support Plateaus Chief Executive Officer, President & Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President -Global Field Operations and Chief Financial Officer.
The ideal candidate will play a central role in supporting Plateaus Senior Executive Team, keeping operations and activities organized, on track and moving forward. Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, be detail oriented and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high change-oriented environment with minimal input or direction. Applicants must be willing to carry a Blackberry and respond to business needs at all hours.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, positive, reliable and well organized self-starter who can effectively support multiple executives and organizational needs.
Job Duties include:
o Facilitate communication internally at all levels including Board Members and Investors.
o Coordinate meetings and group events including Fiscal Year End, Insights, and All Hands meetings
o Coordinate hiring activities and schedules; manage agendas
o Coordinate expense tracking, prepare Operating Expenditures and track internal budgets
o Make travel arrangements for key Executives
o Participate in projects and recurring meetings as necessary
o Assist in preparation of presentations and assist with correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, plans, etc.
o Handle sensitive, confidential and non-routine information
o Manage and track internal requests
o Serve as primary phone support for Senior Executive Team
o Be available by phone on an on-call basis
o Provide relief to front-desk phone support
o BA or equivalent degree from an accredited university
o Administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment helpful
o Internet savvy with proven mastery of Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
o Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
o Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
o Analytical ability highly desirable
o Ability to take initiative, to be resourceful and to adapt to change
o An understanding of the nuances of arranging travel, meetings, and conference calls for globally-located participants
o Highly trustworthy and able to manage confidential information professionally and appropriately
o Thrive and succeed in an environment where multiple activities are ongoing.
