Correlix is currently looking for a self-starting Temp-to-Hire Administrator to support their US Office. This position is full time and the hours would be 8:30-5pm, Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone that is quick, thorough and has experience managing an office on a daily basis as well as assisting with executive scheduling and correspondence. Below are the duties of the position.
Correlix is currently looking for a self-starting Temp-to-Hire Administrator to support their US Office. This position is full time and the hours would be 8:30-5pm, Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone that is quick, thorough and has experience managing an office on a daily basis as well as assisting with executive scheduling and correspondence. Below are the duties of the position. as Executive Assistant: sole assistant to all executive staff
1) Manage President's schedule, travel arrangements and correspondence
2) Manage the all travel arrangements for staff
3) Setup and preparation for all high profile in-office meetings
4) Manage the Expenses of President and US Office
5) Manage Contract Preparation and Execution
6) Board of Directors Liaison
7) Manage the CEO & the President's Contacts and keep them up to date
8) Assisting the CEO & the President in Personal Tasks on an occasional basis, as needed
Office Manager: Act as the sole administrator contact for USA employees, facilities, and vendors
1) General Office Space Management and Invoicing (Maintenance and Verification for all)
2) Office Supply ordering and tracking for all office needs
3) Human Resource Documentation/Management
4) Employee Travel
5) Employee Expense Reports - Analysis and verification of all employee expense reports
6) Shipping: Documents and Equipment
Requirements At least 2 years experience in an Office Management/Administrative Assistant position in addition to at least 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant. BA degree and above preferred. Must have experience working in a diversity of roles and skill sets: reception, bill processing, scheduling across several time zones, international shipments and general human resources management. Excellent Multitasking skills and the ability to learn quickly.
