Dynamic, fast moving company looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, independent thinker, busy savvy with excellent organization and communication skills. The successful candidate must possess the ability to complete tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize is a must as this position will support multiple executives. This is a dynamic start-up organization whose environment requires an individual who can keep up with changes, growth, and multiple focuses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and communicate all board communication and important company updates to employees.
Manage all executive meeting schedules and agendas using creativity, proactivity and sharp organizational skills.
Make sense out of obscurity. This is important as you immediately begin executing concepts in your mind the moment someone has an idea ? all you need are the starting point and the finish line ? you?ll take care of the rest.
Field phone calls, coordinate busy schedules and make partners and members feel important and valued every time by using your exceptional interpersonal skills.
Keep deals, projects and administrative activities on track.
Be a positive contributor in a high energy, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
Pitch in where needed ?flexibility is a must as no task is too big or too small. Being a team player is key.
Handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion.
Deal with senior professionals both inside and outside of the organization with professionalism is a must.
Champion positive relationships, inspire to innovate, and foster energy and excitement.
TALENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum three to six years of executive administration experience managing a multi-tasked, high pace office environment. Experience in a start-up is desired.
Proficient in MS Office Platforms including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience setting up and maintaining processes that will keep you both organized, prompt and productive.
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high quality work.
Must be an efficient multi-tasker, with the ability to independently identify and initiate job duties.
Passion and excitement for travel.
