Executive Assistant Appia
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting Appia?s Executive Staff team. This will include performing a variety of advanced administrative functions, including but not limited to the support of preparing reports and memorandum, scheduling meetings, planning business trips, managing incoming calls and managing information requests.
? Provide advanced administrative support to the Executive Team
? Schedule appointments, manage calendars, research and create presentations, and general reports
? Prepare invoice and expense reports
? Manage a variety of special projects
? Act as liaison between the CEO, and other C-level Executives/senior staff members, as well as outside vendors, advisors and customers
? Maintain office and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
? BA/BS degree preferred
? Demonstrated experience supporting C-level executive staff or related experience
? High proficiency in Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
? Experience communicating effectively with all levels within and outside the organization
? Self-directed and ability to be productive with minimal supervision
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to handle ambiguous situations and use best-judgment to determine priorities
? Ability to thrive in a controlled chaos environment
? Outstanding organization skills
