uSamp is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support both the President and CEO of uSamp. The ideal candidate would work well in a very fast-paced corporation and non-traditional work environment.
Responsibilities:
?Manage daily workflow of the CEO and President, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars (24-7), telephone, department and group meetings, expense reports, files, etc.
?Manage the administrative needs of the CEO and President
?Event Planning ? Board of Directors meetings, impromptu executive sessions, etc.
?Preparation, assembly and publication of Board of Director meeting materials
?Coordinate detailed travel arrangements at domestic and international level
?Preparation of quality presentations as needed.
?Proactively ensure CEO and President are prepared with necessary materials for meetings
?Preparation of highly confidential reports, correspondence, etc.
?Demonstrate good judgment and professionalism and exhibit flexibility and versatility to provide support
?Special projects as required to increase the professional effectiveness and efficiency of the CEO and President
Qualifications:
?Proven ability to work independently, make decisions, facilitate and manage executive workload
?Proactive, takes initiative and proven ability to anticipate and manage issues.
?Exceptional flexibility and proven ability to reprioritize work and scheduled as needed
?Ability to demonstrate professional courtesy at a high level. Ability to represent Executives and Company with outside organizations at Executive and Supplier level as well as the Board of Directors
?Exceptional grammar, writing, and communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals up to the CEO level, Board of Directors and external executives
?Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
?Exceptional time management and prioritization skills. Capable of handling a variety of projects simultaneously (mostly self-directed) in a timely manner to meet deadlines
?Exhibits confidentiality in handling information that may impact the entire organization
?Utilizes discretionary decision-making
?Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others across all departments
?Strong problem solving and follow up skills; must be proactive and take initiative to support Executive(s)
?Experience coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and expense reporting
?Experience with event planning ? Board of Directors meetings, impromptu executive sessions, etc.
?This position may occasionally require availability outside regular business hours
?5 + years of experience supporting C-Suite level required
