Executive Assistant, Enterprise Team Yext

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for all administrative functions for Wendi Sturgis, EVP of Sales and Services and Brian Distelburger, President and Co-Founder. Enterprise Team projects will also be assigned on an ad-hoc basis. This is an amazing opportunity to work with leaders in the New York tech scene and be a part of an innovative, fast paced culture.
Manage the day-to-day needs of the EVP & President so they are well informed, prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events
Extensive individual, client and team calendar management and travel arrangements
Liaise with C-level Executives, assistants and staff to facilitate client meetings, trainings, dinners, events, etc.
Prepare materials, presentations and work with outside vendors
Manage and execute Enterprise Team special projects
Handle confidential documents and information and work cross functionally within Yext Inc.
Work with facilities on projects related to moves, new hires, and other office functions
Assist with all team building, interviewing and on-boarding process of the Enterprise Team and it?s members and integration to Yext as a whole
Assist across Yext departments on company events, quarterly meetings, etc.
Previous Executive Assistant or administrative experience (start-up ideal)
Extraordinary organizational skills?
Strong, written, verbal and computer literacy skills a must?
Self starter, who takes initiative?
Ability to interact with C-level through associate level individuals?
Resourceful with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
