The Executive Assistant will act as the administrative support to Billtrust?s Executive Team including our CEO. This will entail prioritizing and multi-tasking between all requests. The Executive Assistant will be required to use strong attention to detail when keeping accurate schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and working directly with the Executive team on all required administrative projects. Additionally, the Executive Assistant may act as the first point of contact at times and will utilize well-honed verbal communication and collaboration skills to get accurate and timely results. This role interacts with BT employees, board members and clients and therefore strong interpersonal skills will be required to be successful. A detail-oriented, energetic personality is desired. At times, the Executive Assistant will draft accurate correspondences and reports using various PC applications including but not limited to MS Office, Gmail, and Salesforce. Research and other information gathering tasks or cross-departmental support may also be part of this role.
Proven success in an Executive Assistant role where prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment was necessary
Advanced skills in scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate calendars
Ability to research, coordinate and confirm travel arrangements
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of employees
Extremely strong attention to detail and an ability to complete all tasks with accuracy
Ability to exercise proper judgment when handling highly sensitive or confidential information
Well-developed ability to complete research and administrative projects within tight deadlines
Advanced PC skills including MS office, and general mail systems as well as databases for generating reports
