We are seeking an Executive Assistant Office Manager that is responsible for providing general office support as well as supporting the executive team. Executive assistant should be professional, motivated, and energetic with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Schedule Management - This includes setting up travel, meetings, speaking engagements and other appointments for executive team and Board of Directors. In addition to scheduling meetings, ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts and making sure executives know where they need to be when.
Office Management - General management of the Company?s four Atlanta locations. Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the entire staff, as well as making sure that everything is in place for the office to function smoothly. Assist facilities in keeping office areas presentable for clients, prospects and employees.
Communication Liaison - Welcomes guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. Manage the flow of information to members of the executive team.
Information Preparation - Preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution. This may include writing emails, compiling data for reports, creating PowerPoint presentations, editing, proofreading and other information preparation duties.
Travel and Special Events - Book domestic and international air travel, rail tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals. Coordinate production of company events; source and secure, contract and manage all aspects of event production leading up to the event.
Executive Support - Expense reports, scheduling, and special projects. These duties can change on a daily basis, must be prepared to multitask.

Proficient in Outlook, Excel and MS Word
