CareAnyware is searching for an Executive Assistant that understands the meaning of customer service and with excellent organizational and problem resolution skills. This key role requires a highly motivated and well organized person with initiative that enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a growing office of diverse people and programs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interact with staff at all levels providing a high level of administrative support and office management in a fast paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. This role provides administrative support to Marketing, Sales, Human Resources and Finance Departments. Assignments involve work of a complex nature requiring a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations, procedures and company policy. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are imperative.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations and special projects as needed utilizing excellent time management skills to efficiently organize and prioritize according to competing deadlines for multiple tasks and projects
Manage office operation requirements and tasks as needed
Provide administrative support for various departmental needs for sales, marketing, human resources, finance and executive leadership team as required
Serve as point of contact and face to the public handling all front-line and receptionist duties including directing incoming calls and visitors
Create a positive and supportive environment for customers and staff
Exhibit superior customer service by responding to emails and voicemails promptly and comprehensively
Provide assistance to internal and external customers by providing immediate information or direction to other outlets for resolution of problems or issues
Organize relevant meeting preparations including travel arrangements, calendar management, conference room accommodations, catering or technological needs
Manage inventory of all office supplies
Process account payables and account receivables.
Assist with Employee Events and preparation
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor?s Degree preferred (Associate?s Degree required) with a minimum of 2 years administrative experience supporting executives. Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Must have excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
Must be a very strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
Exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in an organized and efficient manner
Ability to think and act both independently and creatively while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and strong political savvy
Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and ability to maintain professionalism and composure while interfacing with members of executive leadership
Demonstrated ability to work independently under time constraints, manage competing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment which at times will require a flexible work schedule and capacity for multiple tasks and projects
Ability to exhibit a pleasant and welcoming demeanor toward others to provide a supportive and welcoming environment
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet research including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Flexible work schedule may be required during periods of high-demand work loads
Ability to quickly learn new information, processes, systems and tasks
Preferred
Bachelor?s Degree with coursework in Business, Communications or Human Resources
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Knowledge and experience assisting with Human Resources processes and projects
Experience handling and prioritizing multiple projects from multiple departments
Project Management skills to provide drive and completion
Excellent organizational skills to create processes to form a systematic method of performing a task
Strong internet research skills and familiarization with web tools and Google apps
Experience accommodating and working with remote employees
