We are looking for a sharp administrator to manage the office and provide support to our Philadelphia Sales and Operations leaders. This is a full-time, FLSA-exempt position that will report to the President of Field Operations and the Chief Operating Officer.
Essential Functions:
Provide client-friendly service that delivers on customer questions and needs
Support senior leaders with daily administrative needs, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel logistics, connecting with clients
Help organize and establish new office space
Arrange client visits, including agendas, materials, room set up, technology requirements, etc.
Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Provide sales and marketing group with materials
Design and supply reports as needed; assist salespeople with regular reporting
Respond to or refer inquiries from customers and potential customers
Perform other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Personal computer skills, including knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office software, Outlook email, and other programs as needed
Basic office equipment skills
Ability to establish and maintain organizational relationships with a diverse group of people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be held to the highest standards of objectivity and integrity to clients and associates
Ability to work independently, establish priorities, balance workload, and meet deadlines
Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail and tremendous follow-through capabilities
Intellectual curiosity with a strong willingness to learn and share ideas
Education, Credentials and Experience:
Five to ten years of work experience requiring use of organizational skills, customer service-driven attitude, computer software competencies, and administrative expertise.
Experience supporting a sales executive desired
Familiarity with managing a CRM system desired
Involvement with a start-up organization or setting, having helped set up and outfit an office.
