Executive Assistant / Office Manager CallMiner

The Executive Assistant at CallMiner will provide administrative support to the executive team in addition to performing office management duties for the entire organization. The ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment, while handling and overcoming scheduling demands/conflicts and multiple requests simultaneously will be required.
Provide Administrative support to Executive team including answering phone, managing calendars, making travel arrangement, preparing documents & presentation and preparing expense reports.
Act as gate-keeper and first line of contact for visitors and callers to the office.
Meeting and event coordination both onsite and offsite
Other projects to support the executive team and office as needed
Experience and Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Capable of maintaining confidentiality
Previous experience in a professional office environment providing high level administrative support in a fast paced environment required
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with the Board of Directors, Investors, Customers and all levels of personnel
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Ability to set and manage multiple tasks and determine priorities
High attention to detail
Must be available to respond to Executive requests off-hours
Skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience negotiating prices and placing orders for office necessities
