Rearden Commerce is looking for a smart, high-bandwidth and highly motivated professional to work in a very visible position as primary liaison and support to our President of B2B operations and his organization. This is a professional with a track record of trust, loyalty and confidentiality.
You will have the autonomy and responsibility for the following:
- Manage and prioritize the President's complex calendar, schedules, and communication deliveries to ensure needs of the business and executives are met.
- Arrange complicated and heavy travel schedules that can quickly change and need adjustment.
- Organize meetings, entertainment and event arrangements.
- Assist President in determining priorities and strategic items.
- Handle highly confidential information with tact and political savvy
- Responsible for reviewing incoming correspondence with the ability to make independent decisions regarding levels of priority
- Screening emails, composing correspondence and proofreading outgoing communication
- Liaison with the senior management, other company executives
- Collect and prepare information for meetings and discussions
- Special projects as assigned
- Working as a team player with other employees in a cross-functional role
- 5+ years of professional experience in a demanding and fast-past company
- Reputation for professionalism, competence, high level of interpersonal and time management skills
- Proven ability to be self-sufficient, work independently, make educated decisions and follow through
- Advanced communication skills that are clear and direct, both written and verbal
- Exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to foster interaction with clientele and all levels within and outside the organization
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands with deadline pressures and minimal guidance
- Excellent organization skills and immaculate attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment where teamwork is a must.
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Outlook
