Executive Assistant Clarabridge
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of support to our CEO and other members of the Executive team. This is an ideal opportunity for an outgoing and proactive candidate to work on independent and team-oriented assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Under limited supervision, perform administrative duties of a highly confidential nature such as travel booking and expense reports
Prepare materials for client and Board meetings including PowerPoint presentations, agendas, memos
Using Microsoft Outlook and other internet tools, schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for members of the Executive team. With a focus on providing research prior to a meeting, gather client information from online database, if needed
Coordinate and schedule conference rooms and luncheons
Sort and distribute mail; answer routine correspondence
May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations
Answer phones as needed
May deal with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization
Perform other job related duties as assigned
3 years+ of demonstrated competence in administrative assistant functions or related experience
High degree of professionalism and a demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information
Excellent working knowledge of PC and various Microsoft software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Self-starter with willingness to take initiative within the organization
Strong coordinating, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
Detail oriented with high level of accuracy and follow through
Strong initiative, sound judgment, proactive and highly professional demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision
Proven ability in planning, prioritizing, and organizing diverse workload
Ability to interact with a diverse group of clients, employees and management levels
