The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and executive support to executive staff including, but not limited to, the CEO, CFO, and Executive Team Leaders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Display excellent calendar management skills for both internal and external employees, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive interactions; including the coordination of executive meetings.
Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to, answering phone calls and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently, receive and interact with incoming visitors, and liaise with internal staff at all levels.
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the CEO and CFO and executive staff.
Support and assist the Strategic Team on an as-needed basis in addition to the principle responsibilities required.
Assist executive staff with preparation of materials using expert level written and verbal communication skills.
Display strong decision making abilities; problem analysis and problem solving skills.
Perform reviews and create summaries for miscellaneous reports and documents; and display attention to detail.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements and reservations for corporate management as needed.
Assist the CEO/CFO in coordinating executive team events and meetings.
Perform supporting duties as necessary for a variety of departments, including, but not limited to, professional services, sales, legal or marketing.
Develop and implement company policies, procedures and practices when needed.
Maintain confidentially and proprietary information.
Personally exemplify company culture, mission and values.

Education and Training
Bachelor's degree, with 8+ years' experience supporting at the executive level.
