Description:This fast-paced role provides C-Level executive assistance. This role is involved in confidential work requiring strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. This individual is a key communication liaison between departments both at the corporate office and abroad.
This position is part-time. 1:00pm-5:00pm preferred.
Coordinates various aspects of domestic and international travel (air, hotel, transportation, visa or passport processing).
Manages executive calendars, ensuring calendar is accurate and updated.
Reviews and completes expense reports accurately and in timely manner.
Demonstrates ability to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal or no supervision.
Reviews presentations for internal/external audiences ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standard formats.
Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently.
Assists the administrative team with front desk coverage and office maintenance.
Will assist in planning executive and companywide events both on and offsite.
Become one of the ?go-to-persons? in the office.
Look for ways to improve current processes and execute on them.
4 ?year degree preferred. Current students will be considered.
Minimum 2 years experience with same executive or 3 years experience as an assistant.
Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
A bias towards action; the ability to address issues and resolve independently.
Confidentiality, good judgment and discretion in handling all matters must be observed on a continual basis.
Communicate clearly and effectively within organization, outside customers, and remote office locations.
Must possess high level of integrity, ethical corners are not cut.
Represents the company at all times, maintains high level of professionalism.
Dependable, arrives on time, follows direction, responds to various management styles and solicits feedback for performance improvement.
Strong business writing skills, able to compose letters and memos with minimal supervision, from ideas and outlines into completed professional documents.
Outstanding computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Maintain flexible work schedule with the ability to work with multiple time zones, from home, and with off-site employees in different countries and cultures.
