We are seeking a Full Time Executive Assistant in Menominee Falls, WI. As the Executive Assistant you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Senior Vice President, Director of Operations, Administrative Operations Manager, and sales team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Champions the values and builds the culture to support the goals of CDI while fostering an environment where customer service is a priority
? Coordinates and assists with management of RVP?s calendar and schedule, and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, and department activities, working with RVP to maintain priorities and meet deadlines
? Coordinates and organizes Management Committee Meetings in Milwaukee, Chicago and the Northeast, as well as any other meetings, including meeting invitations, handouts, and minutes
? Coordinates orientation for all new associates within the market
? Maintains specific contact lists for each RVP within Outlook
? Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, policies and procedures etc
? Compiles receipts, prepares and submits for approval monthly OOP and pcard statement for RVP and other market leadership
? Acts as a project manager for special projects, at the request of the RVP; which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, printing/collating presentations and organizing market-wide events, such as quarterly reviews, quarterly leadership forums, bi-weeks operations meetings, consumer outreach events and Associate Appreciation Week
? Assists Account Executives marketing materials inventory, including ordering new pieces, and coordinates materials and necessarily event details for marketing events and luncheons
? Responsible for weekly territory assignments
? Assists MCW administrative assistants with radiology schedules and CDI coverage
? Organizes and maintains information for licensure, registrations, and CMEs for equipment, technologists and radiologists
? Assists in Avatar results measurements and posting comments
? Sets up new radiologists and fellows with all necessary systems and training
? Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls
? Screens general phone calls for RVP, taking messages and relaying appropriate information, as well as fields or answers routine and non-routine questions as appropriate
? Handles confidential and non-routine information
? Files appropriate documentation on a timely basis
? Works independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects.

? Ability to maintain a positive attitude towards external and internal customers
? Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage simultaneous assignments

? Ability to work in a team setting and under tight deadlines is key
? Ability to work well in a multitasking environment paying close attention to details
? Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols
? High school degree or equivalent
? 3-5 years executive assistant experience required
? 2-3 years Microsoft Office experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
? Ability to type 80 wpm
? 1-2 years post high school education in an applicable field is preferred
