EXECUTIVE BRIEFING CENTER MANAGER RMG Networks

RMGs Executive Briefing Center (EBC) is responsible for delivering world-class experiences that enhance customer relationships, accelerate business growth and advance the RMG Brand.
The EBC Manager will be responsible for building and launching an Executive Briefing Center (EBC) at our new corporate headquarters; help shape the program from the beginning planning stages, and be a key part of the launch team. The EBC Manager will also lead every aspect of the EBC program, from managing customer relationships to setting up meetings, to ensuring that every step of the EBC experience is positive for customers, sales teams and executives. This position will be located in the Dallas, TX office.
Responsibilities Include (but not limit to)
? Manage program strategy and direction, including infrastructure, online management tool, reporting, evolution of EBC facility, and continuous improvements to the customer experience.
? Responsibility for managing and leading the day-to-day operations for the Executive Briefing Center
? Work with sales on all planning aspects of customer visits? review visit requests, organize planning calls and discuss agenda topics and flow
? Drive clear understanding and alignment across sales, executives and other presenters - customer and account team objectives and goals for the meeting. Lead all pre-meeting Briefing
? Recommend speakers for each visit leveraging a thorough understanding of speaker strengths and expertise areas
? Schedule speakers and discussion leaders
? Coordinate logistics (catering, rooms, A/V, etc.)
? Manage all pre-visit coordination with customer (directions, hotel information), and investigate potential launch of customer guest portal
? Stay current of best practices through regular networking and attendance at events, such as Association of Briefing Program Managers events
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Candidate should have:
Five years professional experience in digital signage or related industry with experience in technical solutions delivery, sales support, product marketing or technical sales.
Five years of experience interacting with business customers, analysts, investors or high-level executives
Three years managing complex projects or programs
Consultative skills in the development of the strategic framework for customized briefing agendas and speaker engagements
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies while working in a dynamic high-tech multi-media environment
Confidence working hands-on with technical products and applications and articulate positioning statements and value propositions
Growing knowledge of current events in the digital signage industry and competitive landscape
Prior experience in a client facing capacity within a high-tech corporate environment
Attention to detail and applied sense of urgency to drive processes to achieve results within tight deadlines
Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Office; Salesforce.com a plus
Exceptional at event management, but also comfortable getting to know our products and technology well enough so that you can play an important role in ensuring that content and speakers will hit the mark for every visit.
