We are searching for a creative video producer able to roll up their sleeves, coach, and lead by example, while simultaneously managing multiple productions a day. If you are a sports junkie who loves video and has the reel and resume to back it up, you?ll be the perfect fit. Our high-energy shop demands someone who can work at Internet speed and efficiency side-by-side with an intern as easily as they can a VP.
Lead teams of senior producers, producers, and on-camera talent across all our major sports to expand the creative team and topic audience the Bleacher Report audience has come to embrace.
Build shareable, sellable, and highly entertaining segments, maximizing the resources of B/R and Turner Sports.
Fully utilize NYC location and opportunities for sport, entertainment, culture, and events.
Coach talent and producers to build a creative pool of new ideas that can lead to new programming opportunities.
A proven creative producer with data driven skills who will help define B/R?s daily creative video segments in opinion and real time reaction/analysis coverage across all core sports.
Work efficiently with teams on both coasts and home based contributors across the country.
Build a creative process to get the best ideas on video.
Work with VP of video, editorial and programming teams to gain maximom exposure for B/R video.
Future planning for events and coverage.
Collaborate with VP of video and video custom content team to develop best products for revenue team to drive increased sales across desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Strong writing skills.
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in segment and show producing in a high volume environment with at least 3 years of team management experience in digital video.
Demonstrated history of story-telling skills and utilizing talent, images, and events.
Working knowledge of and experience with the latest digital video tools from pro-sumer to top of the line cameras, lights, and microphones.
Proven skills in working with and developing talent.
