talented, experienced Executive Director of Ad operations to manage and grow the Operations team. The
Executive will oversee trafficking, creative services and ad operation teams and will be accountable for the
delivery of all campaigns
The Executive will be responsible for setting up the internal processes, manage the department KPI?s and
will work closely with the AM, sales and product teams.
The perfect candidate is ?people person? with high analytical/technical capabilities and a proven Ad
operation experience in a managerial capacity at the online advertising eco system.
The position is based in Eyeview?s NYC headquarters, and will report to the COO.

? Develop and maintain Client services work flow processes and best practices.
? Oversee all elements related to creative production, trafficking and media delivery
? Build and execute on a scalable growth plan
? Oversee delivery, testing, troubleshooting and trafficking of all ad creative, maintaining high customer
? Manage the overall health of Video ad campaigns: . Liaise with AMs regarding, prioritization,
scheduling and delivery of campaigns.
? Mange operations team, media delivery, and creative teams (currently 10 people).
Experience / Skills Required:
? Minimum of 5 years? experience in a publisher or online advertising operation role at a managerial
? Comprehensive understanding of campaign success metrics and analytics
? Strong project management and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively across all
departments, with individuals at all levels of the company.
? Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
? Thorough understanding of and experience with online adverting landscape (programmatic buying,
data management, direct campaign management, ad formats etc).
? Sense of humor and energized by working in a start-up, fast moving environment great time
management skills and ability to self manage
? Bachelor?s degree is a must
? Experience working in the online video space or rich media space
? Media planning, buying experience
? Experience working in start-ups
? Familiarity with Video editing/animation and creative technology in general
