Summary of Functions:
Due to continued growth we are seeking an Executive Director of Operational Performance at our Corporate Offices located in High Point, NC.
Qualified candidates will have a strong accounting background in a progressive light manufacturing, supply chain, or assembly environment and experienced with sophisticated data management, and planning metrics/balanced scorecard. She/he will perform process analysis as it relates to cost, pricing, and budgeting. She/he will develop and maintain spreadsheets, models, and databases for analyzing and reporting multiple location performance trends to propose actionable information and appropriate business solutions. This requires reviewing production volumes, forecasts, labor hours, and periodic reports to develop alternate strategies and validate accuracy. 10+ years of experience in a large multi-site and multi-state operation is required.
This position requires a BA/BS in Accounting or a related field and MBA candidates are highly preferred. The selected candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable engaging in challenging discussions to resolve issues. Experience with cost accounting, cost and productivity analysis, and proficiency with integrated computer systems and MS Office is required. A high degree of detail orientation and accuracy is also a must.
