The Chief Operating Officer will lead the largest part of the Retrofit organization. Based in Chicago, you will lead our rapidly-growing team of first-class Wellness Experts, including Registered Dietitians, Behavior Coaches, Exercise Physiologists, and Program Advisors. We have dozens across the country, and based on our forecast, this team will soon number in the hundreds. And because they work remotely, you?ll need to create a unique culture that knows no bounds.
You?re a leader first and foremost. Our team will look to you to set the pace and lead the way. This means a commitment to recruiting only the best, onboarding, continual training, and building a culture of operational excellence. You?ve managed dozens of people before, and when we check references, they?ll say you?re the best boss they ever had.
You?re highly innovative. How can we do things better? Faster? What will it take to deliver unrivaled weight loss outcomes for thousands of clients across the country? You won?t rest until you figure it out.
You?re process minded. Disciplined, structured, and organized. How do we do things in a repeatable scalable way? That is your task. You?ve scaled an organization from its basics to a high-performance machine, and you?re ready to do it again. Only this time, helping Americans change their life.
Retrofit is the data-driven weight loss company, so you?ll also be a quant jock. You know your way around an Excel spreadsheet. Staffing, planning, forecasting, modeling ? these are your friends, not rivals.
