Yuval Brisker is a Co-Founder of TOA Technologies. He is a passionate customer service advocate and the thought leader behind TOA's unique focus on the customer experience. Mr. Brisker, along with his partner Irad Carmi, envisioned a technology company that would solve the infamous problem of customers 'waiting for the cable guy.' Before founding TOA, Mr. Brisker had extensive experience growing and managing various technology related ventures at MaxBill Inc., an international telecom billing software vendor in Israel; and Visual Information in New York. Before founding Visual Information, Mr. Brisker practiced architecture in New York City with HOK. Mr. Brisker has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Pratt Institute, a BS in Environmental Design from Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem, and is completing an MA in Film Studies from New York University.

Irad Carmi is a Co-Founder of TOA Technologies and is the technology architect and visionary behind ETAdirect's self learning CAM engine. An avid early adopter and a renaissance man, Mr. Carmi established the unique Software-as-a-Service platform that is one of TOA's unique strengths. He has fifteen years experience designing and implementing software solutions in a broad range of roles and environments. Prior to founding TOA with Yuval Brisker, Mr. Carmi was a Systems Architect at MaxBill Inc., an international Telecom Billing software vendor based in Israel. An accomplished professional classical musician before becoming a technologist, Mr. Carmi has performed as principal flutist with orchestras worldwide. Mr. Carmi has a Masters of Music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, and has recorded and appeared live at Carnegie Hall as well as throughout North America, Europe and Israel.
Position Summary ? Project Analyst
TOA Technologies is actively recruiting a Project Analyst to work closely with our founder and CEO. This is an amazing opportunity to be on the inside of the region?s most successful technology endeavor. S/he will help to create, drive and complete highly strategic executive-level projects. This position will be based in our worldwide headquarters in Beachwood, Ohio.
Assist the CEO on a variety of strategic projects
Participate in meetings and be a liaison for the CEO, while achieving the projects goals
Schedule meetings and executive events
Keep meeting minutes and manage action items
Manage multiple projects and document processes
Effectively build relationships with C-Suite and cross-functional counterparts across all levels of the organization in order to develop and execute projects
Candidates that are recent graduates of an MBA program with a concentration in strategy, finance or marketing will be given special consideration
3 ? 5 years experience in marketing analysis, strategic projects and business planning is required, ideally in a professional and consulting services environment
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Ability to target and achieve results by prioritizing tasks, addressing root causes and solving problems creatively
Capable of meeting deadlines and commitments, as well as accepting accountability
Adaptable and accommodating to change, given the nature of assignments
Comfortable with substantial interaction with internal customers including C-Suite
Exceptional analytical abilities
Must have superior analytical skills
Must show attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughly understand a business challenge or opportunity
Must be able to use relevant technology (Google Docs, Collaboration Tools, Zoom, etc.)
