Executive Sales Assistant TubeMogul

TubeMogul is rapidly expanding the sales team. We?re looking for someone to support the Chief Revenue Officer and Regional Vice Presidents with a focus on activities involved in the sales cycle. This individual will wear a variety of hats to ensure the smooth execution of deals including: real-time reporting, SalesRorce CRM support, and day to day sales coordination.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Vice Presidents in all aspects of the order process (new orders, revisions, billing etc.) as well as all other miscellaneous tasks
Responsible for the typing of correspondence, faxing, filing and all other clerical duties
Develop a working relationship with Sales Operations, guaranteeing timely and precise order process.
Responsible for coordinating new and revised insertion orders.
Establish strong contacts at both agency and client levels; act as a liaison with advertising agencies in monitoring accounts
Maintain and monitor the SalesForce CRM; this includes all correspondence, contracts and revisions associated with the order
Executive support to Sales Executives, including but not limited to calendar management, answering calls
Responsible for coordinating meetings, schedules, and logistics associated with travel.
Liaison with Finance around sales reporting, metrics, and deals
Supports a rapidly growing company, including Emeryville HQ and worldwide offices.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of office management or sales assistance experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Strong knowledge of technology, including MS Office and Google Docs, etc.
Experience managing the sales process through a CRM, SalesForce experience preferred
Experience with managing multiple calendars in a fast paced environment
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to turn around projects with polish and accuracy
A great sense of humor and an outgoing personality
